Welcome to the Chaudhary Brothers Textile Mills Vocational Training Program. By registering or participating in our training sessions, workshops, or using any of our services (online or offline), you agree to comply with the following Terms of Service:

1. Program Eligibility

Participation in the training program is open to individuals who meet our eligibility criteria. All participants must provide accurate information during registration.

2. Attendance & Participation

  • Regular attendance is mandatory to ensure learning and skill development.
  • Students are expected to actively participate in workshops, sessions, and group activities.
  • Absenteeism without valid reason may lead to removal from the program.

3. Code of Conduct

All students must:

  • Show respect towards instructors, staff, and fellow participants.
  • Maintain discipline and professionalism during sessions and field visits.
  • Avoid any form of misconduct, harassment, or violation of program rules.

4. Use of Media

By participating in the program, you grant us permission to capture and use photos or videos for promotional, educational, and documentation purposes unless you opt out in writing.

5. Certification

Certificates will only be awarded to participants who:

  • Complete the full duration of the training
  • Meet the minimum attendance and performance requirements

6. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and resources provided during the program are the property of Chaudhary Brothers Textile Mills and may not be reused, copied, or distributed without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Chaudhary Brothers Textile Mills is not responsible for any personal loss, injury, or damage during program participation, field visits, or use of equipment during practical sessions.

8. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any updates will be communicated via official channels or posted on our website.
